How we're paid, what
the data can't tell you,
and where to be careful.

Research, developer scores, fair-value estimates, and AI answers are information, not recommendations. Take independent advice before committing money. WealthIQ is not licensed by the DFSA or SCA as an investment adviser.

Investors pay subscriptions. Agents and agencies pay subscriptions. We take no commission on any transaction, carry no listings, and accept no payment from developers for grades, placement, or coverage.

When an agent gives an investor a pass, that agent's subscription funds the investor's Pro access, and the investor is designated to that agent for introductions. The investor can switch agents or subscribe independently at any time. Research, scores, and the AI assistant work the same whether an account is sponsored or self-paid.

Developer scores draw on Dubai Land Department transaction records, RERA escrow data, public court records, and developer announcements, recomputed quarterly. Fair-value estimates use DLD comparables. Official records can lag or contain errors; scores and estimates are model outputs with a published methodology, not guarantees.

No developer can pay to change a grade, and sharing launch data with us never affects a grade. Developers can report a factual error at legal@wealthiq.ae; corrections are noted in the score history.

Verification means the stated checks were passed at the time of review and are re-checked on the published cadence. It is not a guarantee of an agent's or developer's future conduct. Concerns about an agent can be reported to legal@wealthiq.ae.

Answers are grounded in DLD records and cite sources, but the assistant can still be wrong. Verify anything material before acting on it.

WealthIQ never touches a transaction, holds no client funds, and does not negotiate on anyone's behalf. Every agent on the platform is RERA-registered in their own right.
